In memory – Sydney Simumba 1984-2022
This week we lost Sydney Simumba, one of the founders of Kunyanja, inspirational leader, educator and friend. Our thoughts are with all his family and friends. Please read his obituary here – he was a remarkable person, and we will miss him so much.
Masambiro is a UK registered charity that supports Kunyanja Education Trust based in Nkhata Bay, northern Malawi. Since 2005, by supporting the founders and trustees of Kunyajna Education Trust, we have helped thousands of students to achieve a secondary education and helped develop the local community.
Malawi is one of the world’s poorest countries. Supporting education is key to lifting people out of poverty.
