Masambiro is a partnership between a small volunteer team in the UK and the Kunyanja School Trust in Nkhata Bay, Malawi.

We work in close collaboration with the founders of Kunyanja Secondary School, Sydney Simumba and Feston Singoyi. Sydney graduated with a degree in Education from Catholic University of Malawi in 2012 and has returned to school ad Headmaster and Director of the Trust. Having run the school for the previous four years, Feston has now gone to university to further his education.
In 2011 the Kunyanja Education Trust was created taking responsibility for the school and community projects.

In the UK
In the UK our five trustees oversee our fundraising and the allocation of resources to the work of Kunyana Secondary School and the Kunyanja School Trust. One of us visits Nkhata bay every 12-18 months to maintain a close working relationship, visit projects and make plans for the future.
